We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales and Marketing Executive with 1.5 years of experience in the Logistics & Shipping industry, specializing in sea and air freight. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both sales and marketing, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing effective marketing strategies, and fostering long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Retention:
- Identify and approach potential clients to offer tailored logistics solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and promptly address inquiries.
Sales and Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote logistics services, focusing on sea and air freight.
Negotiation and Contract Management:
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure contracts.
- Manage and oversee contract execution, ensuring compliance with agreed terms.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Analyze data to inform and optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.
Campaign and Content Management:
- Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and events.
- Write and oversee the creation of content for marketing collateral, the company website, and social media platforms.

Qualification Requirement
